Here to Career on-campus jobs can range from Resident Assistants (RAs) and Campus Dining and Shops associates, to lab assistants and peer mentors. Every department is required to post their openings on Bullseye powered by Handshake, therefore giving you the most comprehensive list of on-campus student jobs. Each posting will include specific competencies intended to be developed in that particular position.

Who is Eligible to Work on Campus?

2020欧洲杯体育直播投注our program is for currently enrolled ub students working in student life units. eligibility requirements vary by position type:

  • Student Assistant:  Open to any eligible* student.
  • Work Study: For U.S. citizens and permanent residents only. Students must receive  to be considered for these positions.
  • Graduate/Research/Teaching Assistants:  Typically reserved for eligible* graduate/doctoral students and may or may not relate to the area of study. These positions are limited in number and are very competitive.
  • Internship: Students gain practical experience, sometimes with pay or while earning academic credit.

Applying for an On-Campus Job

Student Life’s Here to Career on-campus jobs can range from RA (Resident Assistants) and Campus Dining & Shops associates, to peer mentors. The NACE Career Readiness Competencies that are to be developed in that particular position will also be listed.

When to Apply

  • Positions are posted on the Career Services (Bullseye powered by Handshake) website on a rolling basis throughout the year, with the majority of positions being posted in the beginning of the year. Your student should check back periodically if they are looking for on-campus employment.
  • Once students pay their admissions deposit, they will be able to obtain an account with Career Services and login to Bullseye powered by Handshake to begin the search process.

On-Campus Job Fair

2020欧洲杯体育直播投注our on-campus job fair is a chance for students to meet with on campus offices and departments looking to hire students for work study and student assistant positions. this event happens once a year at the beginning of the school year – the friday of welcome weekend.
